Hi, my name is Stuart. I am a highly experienced dog walker based in East Wall, Dublin 3. I have always loved dogs and am deeply passionate about what I do here at Waggytail Adventures.

 

Growing up, I discovered that I have a unique skill in being able to communicate with and understand dogs on a deep level. I like to build up a personal connection with every dog in my care, and whether it's on a daily walk or an overnight sitting, I love each and every one of your furry friends as if they were my own. Waggytail Adventures guarantees a fun filled time and a loving friend for every dog.

Dog Walking

At Waggytail Adventures we offer both group walks and solo walks for puppies and dogs of all ages.

 

From experience, we always recommend introducing your puppy or dog to group walks. This encourages them to be more social and friendly with other dogs. Plus, we find that the dogs love playing together on our walks. However, we also offer private walks for dogs with obedience issues or other concerns.

 

Whether it's an occasional walk or full time walk 2 or 3 days a week, your dog will be picked up directly from your house and brought for a fun and energetic walk around the local area. We like to change the walks daily to offer your dog some variety. We visit all the local parks via different routes to keep your dog interested and involved. Once in the park we play fetch, chasing and take part in a whole host of activates to ensure that every dog gets enough exercise to live a happy and healthy life.

During each walk, I work to earn the trust of every dog in my care and build a personal relationship with them. One of my favourite things about walking the same dogs on a regular basis is learning about their character and seeing their individual personality come out as they begin to recognise me as a friend.

Dog Sitting

We know how difficult it can be to leave your dog with someone else and the importance of trust between the owner, the sitter, and the dog. You need to make sure that both their emotional and physical needs are cared for. With Waggytail Adventures, you can rest assured that your dog will be in safe and loving hands.

 

All dogs in my care are thoroughly looked after in my own home and are never left in kennels outside. Your furry friend becomes an honorary member of my family during its time here and will be cared for as such. You are welcome to leave any toys or treats you wish with your dog however we have plenty of games and activities to keep them entertained and engaged. Dogs are fed in accordance with their own feeding schedules, taken for walks, and are guaranteed a fun and exciting stay with their friend Stuart. Waggytail Adventures provides day, overnight, and weekend dog sitting and minding for puppies and dogs of all ages.

Basic Obedience Training

Some dogs, and puppies in particular, may need some help and guidance when it comes to obedience and behaviour training. Through many of experience, I have developed the necessary skills to provide effective basic obedience training for dogs of all breeds, ages and behaviours.

 

At Waggytail Adventures, we only offer one to one obedience training classes. This gives me more time to focus on your dog's individual needs. In group classes, it can be difficult for dogs to receive the right amount of attention for the training to be effective. By getting a better assessment of your dog's personality, I can better help owners to continue the necessary training at home as well as provide you with the skills to better understand and communicate with your dog.

 

We use games, activates and treats to encourage and reinforce good behaviour in your dog. Some things your dog can learn with Waggytail Adventures obedience training includes sit, stay, emergency stops and walking on a loose lead.
